The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA) with its head office in Eco Park – Centurion is the statutory body regulating the private security industry in South Africa. PSiRA is looking for dynamic experienced and suitably qualified professionals to take up these challenging positions. It is the intention of the Authority to promote representative through the filling of these positions

Queue Marshalls (6 months Fixed-Term Contract)

Salary: R 8 000 per month

Location: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Western Cape, Nelspruit, Durban, Polokwane & Port Elizabeth

Requirements:
● Grade 12 Certificate and Computer certificate coupled with 6 months experience in customer service environment
● Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process.

Essential criteria:
● Ideal candidate should have customer relation skills
● Interpersonal and organizational skills
● Communication skills, both verbal and in writing are essential
● Office administration skills
● willing to work overtime
● People orientated
● Computer Literacy.

Key Performance Areas:
● Assist Clients by claiming their profiles online
● Assist Clients to navigate the new online registration portal
● Assist clients to make online payments on the individual`s portal whilst they are in the queue
● Control and maintain order in waiting areas
● Performs screening process to understand what Clients in the waiting areas are requesting
● Direct clients to appropriate areas
● Welcome Clients and visitors
● Be able to give advises to waiting Clients
● Keep Stats on a daily basis on the type of assistance provided
● Might be requested to assist with other registration duties as may be required by the branch
● Oversee/mend helpdesk and handle relevant queries and complaints
● Performing of any other duties as delegated by Supervisor.
