The role of the Housing Administrator acts as support the Residential Property Team with the provision
of administrative functions & the upkeep of statistical data.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

Effective secretarial support
– Effective and efficient support of management
– Effective, accurate and timely output of typing and filing
– Response to immediate needs and urgent requests
– Prepare presentations that meet requirements

Effective administrative support
– Effective, accurate and timely output of administrative tasks
– Supportive to team requirements
– General office administration and housekeeping
– Effective use of systems

Effective meeting support
– Efficient, accurate and timeous arrangement
– Securing suitable venues
– Effective, accurate and timely output of typing and distribution of documents
– Prepare weekly and monthly reports to management and AGP as well as the relevant

You will need the following:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent


  • 2 years Administrative experience in a mining environment
  • Property management experience will be advantageous

Knowledge And Skills

  • Computer literate, with specific reference to the MS Office Suite (MS Excel and Word)
  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
