MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or National Diploma in Human Resource Management

OUTPUT

Enter into a 12 months Learnership agreement (MOA) with the SETA

Undergo practical training and will have some exposure to:

• Interview and recruit skills to fill job openings.
• Promote a healthy working environment for staff and management.
• Assist to handle labour disputes and remedy any issues and employee might have.
• Initiate and monitor training and orientation plans for new starters.
• Assist with the exiting process of employees
• Manage risk by being compliant with South Africa labour laws and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of all labour legislation and evolving needs of the employer and its employees.
• To some extent be involved with payroll and provident fund/pension enquiries.
