Introduction
JLS is a retail department store which stocks a wide range of products, including but not limited to: Homeware; Home Decor; Party Accessories; Office & Stationery; Toys; Sports and Pet Accessories; and Health & Beauty.
A new opportunity exists for a General Worker for our store situated in Newlands West, Durban.
The successful person will report into the Supervisor/Manager and his/her primary role will be to offload stock, pack shelves and assist customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
– Offloading of stock
– Packing of stock onto shelves
– Ensuring that the store is clean and tidy
– Assisting of customers on the floor
Desired Experience & Qualification
– Must be able to speak English
– Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
– Shits are 5 hours per day with one off day per week
– Previous experience as a General Worker and/or packer desirable
– Experience in retail advantageous
– Must be available to start immediately
– Must be energetic and customer-focused
Package & Remuneration
R21.69 per hour
