| Introduction | Ecowize is looking for a skilled, versatile and competent Cleaning Processor to join the Finance Team. Please note that this is a fixed-term contract position. | Specification | Job Specification: •Sending POs to suppliers •Generating PO for PONRs •Double checking site orders are allocated to correct G/L •Generating Warehouse POs to suppliers •Daily capturing of cleanng invoices &following upon PODs •Updating Cleaning open PO list •Handling site queries •Monitoring site orders delivered to CPT H/O and making sure it’s sent to sites •Capturing intercompny orders processed via Order entry •Making sure Inter-Company balances •Monitoring Apptivo orders for cleaning and liaising with sales department •Assisting warehouse with any stock item related queries Please ensure that you have the minimum job requirements, before applying. | Requirements | Job Requirements: •Grade 12 •Fluent in English •3-5 years’ experience in similar position •Previous order processing/capturing experience on ERP system Attributes: • Exceptional communicator both verbally and written • Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated. • Logical thinker as well as strategic and organized • Ability to manage and delegate tasks and duties. • Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems • Attention to detail |
