Learnership Programme
JOB AT A GLANCE
Rand Mutual Assurance invites applicants to apply for our Learnership Programme for 2022 in Parktown Johannesburg. The duration of this internship programme is 12 months and is commencing in January 2021.
Over and above experience that will be provided in your chosen field of study; successful applicants will be required to complete a compulsory learnership in Long Term Insurance (NQF4). This is in line with SETA requirements for the Insurance sector.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Our graduate programme aims to provide opportunities for qualifying candidates to gain skills, knowledge, and work experience whilst at the same time, positioning the successful incumbents for active and meaningful participation in the labour market. Successful applicants will participate in a personalized learning journey during this period.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE?
Applications are invited from unemployed South African citizens, who have completed
An NQF Level 5/Higher Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in any of the fields below:
- Facilities Management (Post Matric qualification would be an advantage)
- Medical/ Nursing (Post Matric qualification required)
- Business Administration National Diploma/ Degree (would be an advantage)
The learnership programme would expose the learner to one of the following business areas:
- Finance-Collections
- Membership Administration
- Claims Management
- Funeral Administration
- Pensions Administration
- Medical Invoice Approval/Processing
- Quality Assurance
- Sales/ Brokering
- Facilities Management
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies required
