Job Description and ResponsibilitiesGraduate Program focuses on accelerating the learning experience of graduates in the working environment and in so doing, helps them to unleash their full potential. This is a permanent employment opportunity underpinned by a year of skills and expertise training, whilst performing a full time role in one of our Divisions. The aim of the program is to develop high potential individuals into leaders of the future. Applicants need to have completed at least their under graduate degree or degree equivalent by the end 2023. Start date on the program is 01 February 2024.
 
The Program offers graduates a fully rounded experience of our business including mentorship, coaching and on the job training all whilst earning a competitive salary and enjoying our comprehensive range of benefits, including a Company car. 
 
Applicants should display a broad range of interests and the future of the Auto Industry i.e. Electric Vehicles and have an overall aggregate of 65% in their academic results. They will also be assessed for their potential to develop within the organization.
