| 1. Purpose of Role -Provide learner with the required exposure to institutional learning and workplace experience that will enable them to obtain a qualification in hospitality. This learnership develops employability skills required of staff in hotel-restaurant management and provide students with relevant hands-on operational experience in some facet of the hospitality industry. 2. Work of Role -Maintaining consistent performance -Taking ownership of their work -Initiating development discussions -Seeking feedback -Adhering to the company’s conditions of employment, policies, and code of conduct 3. Qualifications -Grade 12 -Communication in English 6. Comments -Preference will be given to applicants staying near or around Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum – Union Mine operations -Certified – Valid South African Identity Document (SA Citizen) -Certified – Proof of Residence -Certified School Qualification (Not older than 2 months) -Certified Qualification (Not older than 2 months) -No Criminal Record |
