TWO YEAR GRADUATE INTERNSHIP
INTRODUCTION
Tshiamo Group, a mining company headquarted in Johannesburg, South Africa is looking for bright, honest, dedicated, eager to learn, agile and enthusiastic graduates to join the team and gain valuable operational and consulting experience.
Graduates will be placed at various sites in South Africa where the company has operations/projects.
Internships are offered in the following disciplines:
• Mining Engineering x 2
• Mechanical Engineering x1
• Electrical Engineering x 1
• Metallurgical Engineering x 1
• Industrial/Organisational Psychology x 1

• Strong data processing and analytical skills.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships.
• Self-starter.
• Good communication skills both written and oral.
• Attention to detail.
• Resilience and adaptability.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise professional judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple task assignments simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and ethical conduct.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION
• BEng/ BSc Eng/ B-Tech Degree for Engineering
• Honours/ Masters in Industrial Psychology or OD and/or relevant HR qualification.
• Valid driver’s license – advantageous
• In possession of a Certificate of Fitness or be able to obtain it
