Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Undergo training in the mediational intervention for sensitising caregivers (MISC).
  • Facilitate the training of community care workers in the mediational intervention for sensitising caregivers (MISC).
  • Interact with care workers at community-based organisations. 
  • Keep detailed records of training process and procedure.


​​​Inherent Job Requirements:

  • A grade 12 certificate.
  •  Should be able to speak SeSotho.  

Recommendations:

•    An appropriate Bachelor’s degree. 
•    Experience working with community-based organisations. 
•    Experience in training. 
•    Drivers licence.
•    Ability to speak IsiXhosa.

Salary:
The annual remuneration package, including benefits is R 198 670.72 – R 333 081. 64 per annum depending on the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.
