SALARY : R176 310 per annum

DUTIES : Administer the implementation of HR policies such as leave administration, state accommodation, performance management, development system grievances, disciplinary procedures, injury on duty, transfers and termination of services. Communication policy matters. Arrange personnel meetings.
Update and maintain Z8, Z168 and compiling duty list. Compile G224. Capture and process PERSAL transactions. Process leave gratuities. Management of assets.
