Requirements
Education/Qualification & Experience
- A basic education, Grade 12
- Able to communicate fluently in English – SPEAK/READ/WRITE
- Valid Code 14 Drivers License with PDP License
Job Specification/ Requirements:
- Attending to all document, parcel, cheque, and postal collections.
- Ensuring that company assets are always looked after well-maintained and clean.
- Keeping within legal speed limits on the roads.
- Ensuring that Drivers and PDP licenses are always valid.
- Reporting any damage (or abuse by other parties) to any company asset.
- Interacting with customers and all stakeholders professionally and politely.
- always Projecting a positive company image by dressing neatly and professionally.
- Being always of sober habits (Safety Risk).
- Check that all material loaded on their vehicle corresponds to the paperwork.
- Check that all material loaded is quality controlled to reduce comebacks and returns.
- Ensure that goods return note documents are completed in full prior to bringing it back to the factory.
- Complete a daily vehicle list and report any issues to the warehouse & logistics supervisor.
- Any other tasks and duties as assigned by management from time to time
