JOB PURPOSE

  • Supporting Diabetes GenMed Patient Program Lead (PPL) in terms of compliance and management of patient programs
  • Work closely with PPL to manage all Data Privacy requirements relevant to Patient Programs (PPs)
  • Work closely with PPL to manage all EBI requirements relevant to Patient Programs (PPs)
  • Work closely with PPL to manage all PV requirements relevant to Patient Programs (PPs)
  • Work closely with PPL to manage all Quality requirements relevant to Patient Programs (PPs)
  • Liaising with creative agencies on patient materials briefs
  • Assisting PPL with Veeva Vault submissions
  • Managing all PP materials to get referenced, reviewed, and approved
  • Assisting with presentation slides design and compilation for relevant projects
  • Data/Information gathering and paperwork coordination for project initiatives
  • Monthly tracking of PPs across Diabetes GenMed
  • General assistance with patient projects tracking and monitoring

JOB HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Recent graduate (fully qualified) in business administration, commerce, and/or Health Sciences
  • Computer skills: MS Office
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be advantageous but not critical
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
  • Organizational skills: time management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Business English
  • Ability to initiate own communications, correspondence, meetings, etc.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision in a corporate environment
  • Computer Literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
