JOB PURPOSE
- Supporting Diabetes GenMed Patient Program Lead (PPL) in terms of compliance and management of patient programs
- Work closely with PPL to manage all Data Privacy requirements relevant to Patient Programs (PPs)
- Work closely with PPL to manage all EBI requirements relevant to Patient Programs (PPs)
- Work closely with PPL to manage all PV requirements relevant to Patient Programs (PPs)
- Work closely with PPL to manage all Quality requirements relevant to Patient Programs (PPs)
- Liaising with creative agencies on patient materials briefs
- Assisting PPL with Veeva Vault submissions
- Managing all PP materials to get referenced, reviewed, and approved
- Assisting with presentation slides design and compilation for relevant projects
- Data/Information gathering and paperwork coordination for project initiatives
- Monthly tracking of PPs across Diabetes GenMed
- General assistance with patient projects tracking and monitoring

JOB HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Recent graduate (fully qualified) in business administration, commerce, and/or Health Sciences
- Computer skills: MS Office
- 1-2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be advantageous but not critical
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
- Organizational skills: time management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Business English
- Ability to initiate own communications, correspondence, meetings, etc.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a corporate environment
- Computer Literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
