purpose

Mr Price Group is looking for an Administrator-L&D Department (4-month fixed term contract)

This customer facing individual will be required to perform administrative duties related to the operations of the Learning and Development team.

key responsibilities

  • Schedule and organize appointments.
  • Assist with ordering printing requirements for various courses.
  • Create and maintain booking sheets on LMS.
  • Capture training registers.
  • Assist in the preparation of events and training solutions.
  • Support the L&D team in the delivery of internal leadership development programme.
  • Updating and maintaining records.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

requirements

    1.      Education:

  • Grade 12
  •  A completed related HR or Learning and Development qualification

    2.      Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience within a Learning / Training and Development administration / support role (advantages)
  • Proficient with the MS office suite

    3.     Knowledge/ Skills:

  •  Attention to detail
  •  Highly organized
  •  Deadline driven and able to work under pressure
  •  Excellent customer service skills
  •  The ability to work on numerous activities simultaneously
