DATA CONTROLLER X2 – REF: DAC- JW359/2022
REMUNERATION: R263 217.12 BASIC SALARY PER ANNUM
PURPOSE
Check accuracy and submission of documented data, capturing of data from call in/walk-in customers, asset costing, work orders and other Johannesburg Water management documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately capture the first phase of the core data that comes through the SAP system (plant maintenance) and route /assign works order to responsible foreman / operations manager.
Rectify data errors on the SAP PM system to enable depots to complete the transaction and to improve quality. Assist with walk-in and call in customers to create Work Orders. Assist artisan when foreman are not available to assign work orders. Keep depot staff (Ops Manager/Foreman) informed on data – related matters. Highlight captured errors to depot staff
(Ops Manager/Foreman) and assists them to rectify errors. Interact with relevant departments on water/sewer related-data. Filing of correspondence on a daily basis. Relieve the switchboard/Receptionist as and when required. Assist the IMIS Administrator as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications and experience:
• Grade 12 or N3 (NQF 4)
• 3 years’ experience in Data capturing.
• Experience in SAP
