Administrative Assistant (Governance & Compliance) – FINA19285 – (2200002E)

Position: Administrative Assistant (Governance and Compliance)

Department: Finance
Division: Supply Chain Management
Salary: R221 880 – R304 344 per annum (plus benefits)

Core Responsibilities:
Provide finance and general administrative / clerical support to the section
Perform operational processes to enable the section to perform effectively and efficiently to meet its targets
Apply governance and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and safe working environment
Apply financial processes to prevent wasteful expenditure


Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or relevant equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
1 – 3 years’ supply chain experience
