Administrator: Indexing (#32162) @ Momentum Corporate

ROLE PURPOSE
Accurately analyze and review incoming correspondence and documents and create and allocate appropriate workflow task on the workflow system within the service level agreement.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS
Data capturing in respect of Retirement Fund and Risk claims and correspondence
Maintain the allocation of workflow to administrators
Respond to enquiries, where possible, and include relevant stakeholders for information purposes within agreed service level agreement
Redirect emails for other departments to the appropriate individual/mailbox
Familiarize yourself with the various departments within Momentum Corporate in order to gain knowledge of where enquiries should be directed to
Ensure an exemplary level of customer service when liaising with stakeholders
Provide support to the front line team for inbound call overflows, query handling, claims processing and mailbox coordination
Ensure that the principles and outcomes of TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) are practiced and achieved in all duties performed and services provided to all stakeholders

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Matric qualification
Basic computer skills (MS Office suite)
At least 6 months administration and data capturing experience

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This role is remunerated based on the Pay for Peformance remuneration structure.

LOCATION
The above-mentioned position is currently available in the Client Service department at our Momentum Corporate business unit based at our office in Bellville.
