Efficiently and professional implement and manage the telephone answering service and reception function for company
Professional answer and manager switchboard
Be first point of contact for clients and students of group
Accept and sign for all parcels received by company

Provide support for sales and academic administration
Handling enquiries, providing info to potential students
Updating of sales and academic information systems
Assist branch senior management team with diary appointment support
Selected filing and typing tasks
RequirementsGrade 12
Previous experience with admin/reception
