Position Description:
CONTACT CENTRE AGENT: NEW ACCOUNTS
(Contractor)
An exciting and challenging position exists within Financial Services for a service driven individual to process New Account Applications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurate data capturing of information from a new account / lay-by application onto in-house systems
- Assisting with customer queries via in-and-outbound calls
The ideal candidate will need:
- A Matric certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- To be computer literate in both MS Word and Excel
- The ability to type 30 wpm
- Atleast 6 Months Admin experience
- To be highly customer focused
- Stress Tolerance
- To work flexible hours
- Call centre experience an advantage
Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
