Job FunctionsHuman Resources
Specification– Assist with day to day of the HR Department functions and duties
– Helping the HR Manager to accomplish HR related tasks and activities
– Compilation, recording, filing and maintaining personal information for staff
– Resolving queries relating to Medical Aid, Pension Fund and Leave.
– Completion of forms such as UIF, Medical Aid, Pension Fund, Maternity leave, Certificates of service, IOD, Leave
– Participate in labour disputes and grievance processes
– Participate in the recruitment processes (placing job adverts, short-listing candidates, set-up interviews etc.)
Requirements– Grade 12.
– Diploma or Degree in HR
– Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources.
– Knowledge and understanding of HR administration
– Computer literacy – Microsoft Office.
– Good time management skills.
– Good communication and negotiating skills.
– Team player, people’s person, task orientated with excellent administrative skills.s
