An Office Automation company based in Sandton/Johannesburg is currently seeking a Receptionist.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Reception
Operate switchboard – always courteous and friendly.
Welcome clients and visitors to the company
Direct calls to relevant extensions or to assist the caller, where possible.
Take messages and send to relevant people via e-mail.
Ensure that the reception area is clean at all times.
Assist with audit preparation and supplying support documentation as requested by auditor.
Keep all documents filed as per filing system.
Archive files annually.
Assisting Contracts department
Assisting contracts department to scan copy of agreements onto system
Covid Protocol
Ensure visitors follow COVID entry protocol
Ensure that the foot pump sanitiser is filled daily
Security
Security screening via the intercom
No entry to any visitor who can’t identify themselves
Boardroom
Manage boardroom diary
Ensure that water is available for guests, i.e. the fridge always has bottles of water
Ensure aircons and lights are switched off in boardroom and Warren’s office after being used
Set up boardroom for virtual and onsite meetings
Offer refreshments to visitors
Replenishment
Ensure that office teas and cleaning material is replenished
Order stationery
