• Industry report formatting and compilation
• Layout optimisation
• Linking reports to sicccodes on internal report system
• Finalising and inclusion of
  • Unions
  • Tables
  • Company profiles
  • References
  • Report Summary

Perform Administrative duties.

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Assist with content for (blogs, website, social media etc)
• Sales Administration on CRM
• Adhoc office duties

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 with tertiary qualification would be an advantage/ Studying towards a qualification
• Proven experience as a marketing assistant
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, MS Office suite
