Duties and responsibilities:
General Office Administration
General office administration support to HOD and Business Management staff including but not limited to typing, filing, receiving mail, processing orders, scheduling telephone appointments and handling queries.
Handle general student enquiries.Meeting administration (sending out notices, compiling minutes and distribution thereof).Ensure office compliance with safety regulations.Control the asset register.
Purchase and order office stationary and equipment as well as other office supplies.
Capture and approve job requests for maintenance and repairs where necessary.
Request and appraise quotations.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Capture requisitions.
Provide registration assistance in January and mid-year as well as assist with continuousregistration issues.Represent Department at Open days..
Assist with correspondence to selection programs.Monitor submission of study guides.Administration related to advertisements

Inherent requirements:
Grade 12 or National Vocational Certificate on NQF level 4.

Salary:
The annual remuneration package, including benefits is R187 424.42 – R314 228.57 per annum, depending on    the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.
