Job Requirements

Requirements:

Three years National Diploma with at least two years’ relevant administration experience. Understanding of University academic administration and knowledge of ITS will be an added advantage. Applicant must be highly computer literate. Must have good human relations skills and be willing to work outside normal working hours. Must have knowledge of business writing skills and communication skills 

 Duties:

  • Handling and processing of application forms
  • Assist during student registration
  • Issuing of proof of registration
  • Compliance to University rules and regulations
  • Handling and attending to students enquiries
  • Assist in preparation of graduation ceremony such as assist in arranging meetings, agenda typing and minutes taking
  • Daily administrative support to staff and students
