Purpose Statement
- To design and develop blended learning solutions that enable and enhance performance. This includes formal and informal learning methods such as e-learning, performance support tools, quick reference guides, “how to” guides, coaching guides, observation checklists, training videos, workshops etc.
- To unlock potential of Capitec employees through the delivery of talent development solutions and the enablement of ownership and empowerment for learning and development.
Experience
Minimum:
- 3+ years’ experience in a learning design and facilitation role.
- Proven experience of planning designing and delivering learning interventions.
- Proven experience in the building and maintaining of key client relationships at a management level.
- Working on cross – functional projects
Ideal:
- 5 years proven experience in Learning Design or Instructional Design and facilitation
- Commercial or business banking environment experience.
Qualifications (Minimum)
- National Diploma in Human Resources
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
