Salary: R9 920.54 per month (basic salary excluding benefits)
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Process sales accurately and quickly on the Webtickets ticketing system. ● Ensure the filing of daily reconciliation is processed accurately. ● Deliver excellent customer service. ● Send out daily attendance figures to relevant staff. ● Make accurate bookings over the phone and for walk in customers. ● Answer general queries or direct patrons to the relevant staff
Appointment Requirements:
Grade 9
1-3 months’ relevant experience (3 years ticketing experience preferably on Webtickets system will be an added advantage).
Computer literacy.

Must have a pleasant telephone manner
