We are looking for a dynamic HR Intern for 6 months to a year, as per details below;
Job Specification
The core purpose of this role is to provide administrative assistance to the HR Office and ensure
data integrity.
- Assist with HR admin and provide ad hoc assistance to the Registrar.
- Collate new employee information and ensure that employee submits all info
, including completed new employee form - Ensure filing system is up to date and do staff files audit
- Organise and file staff personal info, both Google docs and staff files
- Update HR database & conduct HR audit
- Assist with scheduling interviews and prepare interview packs
- Print resumes and job descriptions for interview packs
- Assist HR Lead with preparation of meetings
- Assist with employee queries and all HR related queries
- Assist organizing staff meetings and any other HR & CEO ad hoc events
Minimum Requirements and Key Competencies
- BBA Degree or National Diploma in HR Management or similar field.
- The incumbent must be proactive, responsible, highly professional with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- He/she must possess the following competencies;
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Strong administrative skills
- Understanding of database management
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Knowledge of Google Suite
- Highly organised with ability to pay attention to detail
- Work well with people and customer-service orientated
