AFRIMAT MINING SERVICES IN NKOMATI HAS A VACANCY FOR: SITE CLERK
Responsibilities (but not limited to the following):
Execute general administrative duties.
Handling customers requests and queries (i.e. invoices, POD’s).
Managing procurement process, keep good track of orders.
Diesel to be ordered on time and ensure correct quantities.
Assist with daily diesel dips and reports – ensure information is correctly recorded before submitting reports.
Time registers to be updated daily.
Timesheets to be certified correctly and on time for month end payroll.
Assist HR with staff queries and paperwork as requested.
Maintain databases and filing systems up to date.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.
Minimum Qualification/ Experience:
Grade 12 certificate.
Administration qualification.
Previous experience as a Site Clerk will be advantageous.
Effective communication and written skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships internal and external, on all
levels.
Must be able to work accurately with exceptional attention to detail.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Be prepared to work after hours when needed. Will be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Will be able to work independently as well in a team environment.
The candidates must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness.
