AFRIMAT MINING SERVICES IN NKOMATI HAS A VACANCY FOR: SITE CLERK

Responsibilities (but not limited to the following):
 Execute general administrative duties.
 Handling customers requests and queries (i.e. invoices, POD’s).
 Managing procurement process, keep good track of orders.
 Diesel to be ordered on time and ensure correct quantities.
 Assist with daily diesel dips and reports – ensure information is correctly recorded before submitting reports.
 Time registers to be updated daily.
 Timesheets to be certified correctly and on time for month end payroll.
 Assist HR with staff queries and paperwork as requested.
 Maintain databases and filing systems up to date.
 Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.

Minimum Qualification/ Experience:
 Grade 12 certificate.
 Administration qualification.
 Previous experience as a Site Clerk will be advantageous.
 Effective communication and written skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 Ability to build and maintain client relationships internal and external, on all
levels.
 Must be able to work accurately with exceptional attention to detail.
 Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Be prepared to work after hours when needed. Will be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Will be able to work independently as well in a team environment.

The candidates must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness.
