Department Description
Developmental Pathways for Health Research Unit, in the Department of Paediatrics is a South African Medical Research Council and University of the Witwatersrand research unit and invites applications for positions of Call Centre Assistants to work on an intervention with young women in Soweto.
Brief Description
Requirements:
· Must be female between ages 22 – 35 years.
· Must have completed matric.
· Must have some working experience within a call centre environment.
· Must have high levels of computer literacy and advanced use of MS package are essential.
· Experience working in community-based initiatives with young people age 16 years and above will be an added advantage.
· Usual workdays are Monday – Friday, but candidate must be willing to work Tuesday – Saturday for the first 2 – weeks of the month.
Duties:
Conducting telephonic and face-to-face sessions with participants.
Data collection and capturing using Redcap.
Administration.
Other activities related to data management.
