| Job Advert 1. JOB PURPOSE The purpose of the job is to optimize sales and exceed customer expectations through the implementation of the operations strategy and effective management of staff. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED Essential: A minimum of 2 years’ experience at a supervisory level in an Apparel retail environment. Excellent merchandise management, stock and cost control skills Proven track record of Visual Merchandise experience Proven ability to manage and lead a team Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)Grade 12 or equivalent Preferred: Competence in a second official language would be a definite advantage Further qualifications related to retail/business will be an advantage Please apply online CV (Including contactable references) Certified copy of ID Certified Copies of certificates and/or qualifications NB!
