Administrator Sales Fleet

Objective of the job:
Provide efficient administrative services in line with local, global and legislative requirements.
To provide administrative support to the Agent Network and the Mercedes-Benz South Africa (MBSA) Sales Team in order to maximise sales, Agent satisfaction and long-term profitability for the Brand in compliance to the Company’s Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E.Q requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E.Q tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.
All activities will be done in compliance with the Company’s Integrity Code and other relevant policies
Main Tasks:
Claims Administration: Effective administration of all electronic and manual claims as per allocated Agents. Ensure the expedient administration and turnaround times on both electronic and manual claims (incl. Fleet, Passenger, Diplomatic and Disability claims). Engagement with Agent network in order to resolve claims queries or sales support issues identified. Ensuring timeous feedback to Agents on their status and progress of claims, as well to coordinate incoming requests.
Agent & BDM Sales Support: Provide administrative support to Business Development Manager (BDM), Sales Team and Agent Network in order to deliver to key objectives and requirements of the sales environment. Knowledgeable on MBSA Sales Process in order to ensure Agent queries are resolved timeously and correctly. Manage all queries & communication in accordance to Sales Policy, Provide all relevant reports to support sales tracking for Agents and MBSA Dealer Communication & Bulletins Supply Chain Administrative Processes: General Agent communication pertaining to sales, campaigns, administration and claims via DFE & email.
Fleet Discount Verification: Validating all supporting documentation to ensure fleet discount is granted to an eligible customer. Process any debits pertaining to non-compliance to Fleet Policy.
Sales Support functions in terms of vehicle management on SWT/STS Accurately administer the supply chain administrative processes to ensure vehicle transactions are managed in accordance with Sales Policy, Sales Campaign Parameters (where applicable) & any sales related topics with regards to vehicle availability. Execute all allocations, reallocations and usage conversions based on adequate proof provided by the Agent (field calls, actively manage mailbox).
Compliance Checks: Perform daily compliance checks on sales to potential customers: Upload relevant file on CAS to identify potential customers as “”compliant”” Ensure checks are performed accurately in order to advise Sales Team of any legal concerns relative to a potential customer Completion of MCP process if required. Deal File Compliance: Accurately administer Deal File Compliance per Agent by ensuring and validating all required documentation (Offer to Purchase & Proof of Delivery) is uploaded to the Virtual Deal File to ensure Deal File Compliance for Agents.
Government Sales: Ensure quotations are submitted within 36 hours Complete the government sales channel purchase process from receipt of purchase order to sales card capture of vehicle Ensure vehicles are prepared for delivery: 1. by administering the PDI Process.

Experience:
1-3 years’ relevant experienc

Qualifikationen
Matric + a relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Marketing & Sales will be an added advantage.
