REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12 (Essential)
- National Diploma or degree in Human Resource
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a Human Resources Administrative environment.
- System experience is an added advantage
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Recruitment and Selection
- Personnel Administration
- Benefit and allowance Administration
- ER and IOD Administration
- Reporting
- General Human Resources
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
- Sound knowledge of the HR Discipline and Legislation
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience in HRIS (SAP would be advantage)
- Ability to analyse data
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
- Team Player
- Highly Analytical
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle conflict
