Job Purpose To capture leave forms, counter duties & general administration. | |
Key Responsibility Areas Performing payroll related clerical functions by sorting receiving and distribution of pay related documents physically sorting documents and distributing to the payroll administration for processing. Attending to all pay related queries at the front counter and referring more complex queries to the payroll Administrator and payroll controller for resolution. Capturing of all leave types onto the payroll system. Undertaking routine pay administration functions and refers to payroll administrator or payroll controller for assistance when required. Issuing of proper payroll documentation to staff upon request for banking details form, stop order, thrift fund, and other payroll documentation. Generate copies of payslips/IRP5 etc upon request subjected to proof of identification. Stamping of third part documents e.g medical aid forms that require a payroll stamp. General filing of pay related documentation. | |
Essential Requirements An appropriate level of secondary education. 3 Months relevant experience. Computer Literacy. | |
Preferred Requirements Matric/Grade 12. 6 Months relevant experience. | |
