Job Description

MacRobert Inc. has a position available for an Administrative Clerk in our Estates Department in Pretoria!

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to draft letters and correspond with financial institutions and clients
  • Ability to file documents
  • Ability to answer telephone calls
  • Must be able to work on Microsoft word and excel
  • Deadline driven
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills


Experience in the administration of Deceased Estates will be an added advantage including:

  • Reporting of estates
  • Placing of advertisements
  • Corresponding with financial institutions
