Job Description
MacRobert Inc. has a position available for an Administrative Clerk in our Estates Department in Pretoria!
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Ability to draft letters and correspond with financial institutions and clients
- Ability to file documents
- Ability to answer telephone calls
- Must be able to work on Microsoft word and excel
- Deadline driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
Experience in the administration of Deceased Estates will be an added advantage including:
- Reporting of estates
- Placing of advertisements
- Corresponding with financial institutions
