REQUIREMENTS: A Senior / Grade 12 certificate. One (1) to two 2 years’ experience in office administration will serve
as an added advantage. Knowledge of administrative functions and procedures. The ability to operate computer and
photocopiers. Basic knowledge and insight of Human Resource prescripts. Knowledge on data capturing, planning and
organizing. Knowledge of understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Knowledge of
working procedures in terms of the working environment. Good interpersonal relations. Flexibility. Teamwork. Basic
knowledge of problem solving and analysis. People and Diversity Management. Client Orientation and Customer Focus.
Communication. Accountability and Ethical Conduct.
DUTIES: Render general administrative support services. Provide supply chain management support services within
the sub component. Provide personnel administration support services within the component. Provide financial
administration support services in the sub component. Provide logistical arrangement support in the sub unit. Support
in the consolidation of reports. Provide secretariat support during the meeting in the sub component
