DUTIES:

  • Operate switchboard
  • Meet and greet walk in clients
  • Attend to bulk mailing and social media campaigns
  • Arrange meetings & boardrooams
  • Maintain and update CRM
  • Admin support
  • Bilingual – Afr / Eng non-negotiable
  • Ad hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Well presented and spoken
  • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Tertiary education an advantage
  • Computer literate
  • 1 – 3 years relevant experience
  • Bilingual – Afr / Eng non-negotiable
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle – non-negotiable
