An E-commerce store with iconic brands in the apparel, clothing and footwear space is looking for a proactive Customer Support Assistant to join their team to assist in managing day-to-day operations and ensure high performance.
This is an in-office position as the successful candidate would need to be close to merchandise to ensure correct product management.
Duties:
- Monitor all customer reviews/feedback and take actionable steps to ensure we meet customer needs.
- Provide customer support on the front-end and direct messaging.
- Responding professionally to emails
- Responding to WhatsApp messages from clients
- Answering client phone calls
- Calling clients
- Handling all queries and issues by tracking orders, following up with deliveries
- Assist with any other tasks that are assigned
- Assist with order fulfilment and tracking
- In House Photography
Requirements
- E-Commerce Store Management Experience essential
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
