Requirements | Qualifications & Experience: Matric with certificate in Office Management or equivalent 3 – 5 years’ secretarial function on an executive level Experience of diary management/researching and booking of travel and accommodation Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint at intermediate level Excellent verbal and written skills Planning and organizing skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and work to deadlines Excellent negotiation skills Tender management experience an added advantage |
