Requirements :
- Grade 10/ ABET level 4 with experience in Food Service environment. Food service related certificate or Grade 12 with Food Service experience in a clinical environment will be an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Be willing to work in a team and under stressful conditions. Must be able to work weekends, night-shift and Public holidays. Duties :
- Preparation of normal and therapeutic diets as per standardized recipes. Portioning of meals according to the ration scale and prescription. Apply hygiene and safety measures in the factory according to HACCP rules and OHS standards. Lifting of heavy Food service equipment. Be responsible for all allocated resources. Be able to relieve in all areas of the Cook Freeze factory when required. Must be willing to undergo continuous training and development programs available.
