An opportunity is available for a Receptionist in the Rustenburg area  to be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical, and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reception position
  • Computer literate in MS Office – will be assessed
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound work ethics
  • Excellent time management skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, direct and relay telephone adequate messages when required messages and fax messages
  • Direct visitors and the general public to the appropriate staff member
  • Accept deliveries/goods and distributing to relevant persons
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of in person or virtual meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies, including ordering and distributing of supplies
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s enquiries whenever possible
  • Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the public
  • Coordinating of travel and accommodation bookings through travel agent
