FOREIGN USAGE ADMINISTRATOR (12 MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT)
The above vacancy exists within the Music Usage Department of the Distributions Division and reports to the Manager: Documentation & Music Usage. The purpose of this role is to ensure that all foreign usage (Income) received from societies is imported and allocated to the Usage team in time for distribution. The ideal candidate would be someone who has successfully completed Grade 12 with 1 years’ experience in a business administration environment.
Key Performance areas:
- Foreign usage control.
- Reporting.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric and 1 years’ experience in a business administration environment.
- Intermediate to Advance level PC & Keyboard skills including working knowledge of word processing & spreadsheet packages.
- Excellent administrative and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SAMRO systems and product knowledge would be an advantage.
- Ability to analyse and report huge volumes of data.
