The programme offers graduates an opportunity to gain on-the-job practical workplace experience while providing on-going support and training.

Qualifying Criteria
About Graduate Programme:
Most of the phases of the programme will be assessed, but we expect more from you than just meeting minimum requirements. We expect you to make the most of the exposure you’ll enjoy in terms of learning and experience
We are offering a graduate programme on the following:
1. Applications and Infrastructure Intern (x2):
The Applications and Infrastructure Intern will rotate all the functions in the Infrastructure and Applications department:
• Service desk
• Applications Support
• Infrastructure
• Database
• Cyber Security
2. Business Analyst Intern:
The purpose of the role is to develop business analysis skills by interacting with stakeholders from all business departments and related third parties to define and document business processes, software requirements for technology initiatives and business information systems.
3. Human Capital Intern:
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the HC team for HC related activities and projects in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws.
Develop understanding of the Human Capital value chain by interacting with stakeholders from all business departments and related third parties.
Educational Requirements:
1. Applications and Infrastructure Intern (x2)
Minimum requirements:
• Relevant IT Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Computer Systems / Computer Science.
Experience:
• None
2. Business Analyst Intern
Minimum requirements:
• Degree/Advanced Diploma in engineering, Commerce, science, or IT.
• Advantageous: Any one of the following Certification in Business Analysis from FTI/Agile Business Analysis certification/Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA).
Experience:
• None
3. Human Capital Intern
Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with Organisational Psychology/ Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development/ Industrial Psychology as a major subject.

• None
