INTERMEDIATE AND SENIOR (INTERSEN) PHASE LEARNERSHIP

Applicants are invited to apply for an Intermediate and Senior Phase Learnership Position where the candidate is studying for a B Ed Intermediate/Senior Phase Degree through an accredited institution and who would gain experience in a best practice environment.
Ideal candidates should:
- Be registering or be eligible to register for a PGCE through correspondence in 2023 and be interested in gaining professional experience in the workplace; or be currently studying a B Ed degree in their 3rd or 4th year at the start of 2023;
- Be computer literate;
- Be a proficient English speaker;
- Have experience in working with young children;
- Be able and willing to offer at least two co-curricular skills, e.g. sports coaching and/or cultural input;
- Demonstrate a passion for continued self-learning and see themselves working towards a permanent career in teaching.
