Requirements:* ABET Certificate. *Good communication skills. 3-5 years’ experience. Have an ability to work under pressure. People orientated.
Duties: *Provision of cleaning services. *Cleaning of offices, corridors, elevators and boardrooms by *Dusting and waxing office furniture. *Sweeping, scrubbing and waxing of floor, vacuuming and shampooing floors. * Cleaning walls, windows and doors. *Emptying and cleaning of dirt bins. * Collect and removing of waste papers. * Freshen the office areas. Clean of general kitchen by: *Cleaning of basins. *Wash and keep stock of kitchen utensils. * Cleaning the restrooms by: Refilling hand wash liquid soap. *Replace toilet papers, hand towels and refreshers.
*Empty and was waste beans. *Keep and maintain cleaning materials and equipment’s. Report broken cleaning machines and equipment. *Cleaning of machines (microwaves, vacuum cleaners etc) and equipment after use.

POST : Administration Clerks: Environmental Services
SALARY : R176 310.00 per annum (Level 5)

Requirements: Grade 12 or matriculation certificate with 1-2 years relevant experience in office management and related support functions *Computer literacy
Competencies: Knowledge of clerical duties, practices, as well as, the ability to capture data, operate computer and obtaining and disseminating information. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records. Knowledge of procedures for receiving, responding to and managing requests/enquiries plus good telephone etiquette. Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public service .Knowledge of working procedures in terms of the working environment Good organizational and interpersonal skills .Good verbal and written communication skills Language skills .Flexibility.
Duties: Rendering of general clerical support services *Record, organize, store, capture and retrieve correspondences and data .Keep and maintain the incoming and outgoing documents register of the component Handle routine enquiries .Make photocopies. Distribute documents/packages to various stakeholders as required Keep and maintain the filing system for the component. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to procurement of goods and services .Obtain quotations, complete procurement forms for the purchasing of standard office items. Stock control of office stationary. Arrange travelling and accommodation

REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12, recognised Diploma in Public Administration / Public Management or equivalent qualification. Valid driver’s licence, One (1) to 2 years in Public Administration environment including practical experience in administration and experience in the management of resources, knowledge and understanding of Public Administration, knowledge of the relevant legislation, policies, prescripts and procedures, Basic knowledge of Financial Administration.
DUTIES: Provide clerical support service to the directorate. Assist with the preparation of submissions and memorandums. Assist in the quality assurance of all submissions and memorandums. Maintain the effective flow of information and documents to all stakeholders.
Assist with the logistical and secretariat services for meetings. Open files for all bookings and claims and update on regular basis. Complete requisition forms for purchasing of all goods and services. Assist in maintaining proper filing system for the following correspondence: Personal files, Audit files, directorate meetings and reports.
