Job Purpose:
To ensure a reliable duty by assisting RME Construction teams during maintenance and construction works in Track
To ensure that work is completed effectively and efficiently performing general worker duties
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCE REQUIRED
Minimum Grade 9/6 months experience
physically fit, (Undergo medical examination and be declared fit for duty)
have good eyesight and hearing
be alert and safety conscious,
as well as able to communicate in English
Be able to work under adverse weather conditions.
Be prepared to work extended hours on short notice.
Willing to relocate or work outside your designated depot.
Be able to work in confined spaces.
Be prepared to work at heights.
Be prepared to engage in physical labour.
Health and Safety oriented
Be prepared to work on noise environmental area
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Carry out all tasks as set out by the Supervisor/Team Leader
Be punctual and must be of sober habits
Work to be completed within time, quality and safety
Proof of residential address must be attached on the application
Certified Copy of (ID) must be attached
Certified copy of School report must be attached
If the above documents not attached application will be deemed /declared invalid
