Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant – Growth Office to join the CCBA Growth Office team. The successful applicant will be reporting into the Chief Growth Officer.

This role will provide administrative support to the Growth Office team. Supporting and managing the travel, meetings and related arrangements for a team of cross-functional leaders and specialists working on the delivery of Growth within the CCBA. This entails the execution of logistical arrangements in support of, customer & market visits, special events/ promotions, projects and related admin support required to support the Growth team with execution of their strategic mandate.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage office expenditure

Process travel claims

Administer & Reconcile credit card reconciliations for the Chief Growth Officer and/or the function’s specialist teams

Create SAP purchase orders and purchase requisitions in alignment with the relevant Procurement processes

Plan, organise and coordinate meetings as and when required

Support in the organisation of team travels and complex travel itineraries

Complete travel authorisations

Process all Forex claims for travel

Produce ad hoc documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for meetings and as required

Support in capturing and compilation of meeting minutes where required

Manage and maintain electronic and manual filing systems, ensuring the appropriate platforms for data/info storage

Support in management of visits, including but not limited to market visits, internal and external stakeholder engagements and possibly even being present at events/ visits to ensure smooth execution

Manage customer and supplier requests and contracts

Facilitate preparation of customer contract

Update contract information

The identification of opportunities to add further value in support of the Growth team and the growth agend

Qualifications:
Appropriate Degree/ Diploma in Administrative Services, Secretarial Science &/or Office Management

An appropriate business/ commercial related qualification would be an added advantage

Experience:
3 years’ experience in a similar or related role

Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in FMCG environment
