JOB PURPOSE:
To receive money orders, cash, cheques and credit/debit card payments and receipt and balance the transactions.
SELECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POST:
• Grade 12
OTHER REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
• Basic knowledge using a cash register
• Reconciliation using a cash register
• Daily, weekly and monthly report of income
EXPERIENCE:
• 1 – 2 years relevant experience
SALARY SCALE:
TASK LEVEL 05 – Basic salary per annum is R129 159.87 – R167 635.04
A service bonus equal to one month’s salary is payable and normal fringe benefits related to Local Authorities, subject to certain conditions.
