Provisioning Administration Clerk: Orders – CFO/2022
Salary: R 176 310 per annum (Total package of R 302 136 per annum/conditions apply)
Centre: Pretoria

Requirements:
• A Grade 12 certificate.
• Sound organising and planning skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of compiling performance reports; Leadership skills; Facilitation; Creativity; Public service training courses e.g. Microsoft Excel; Listening skills and Writing skills.
• Character that is beyond reproach Character beyond reproach; Articulate; Sense of responsibility and loyalty; Initiative and creativity

Duties:
• Approve request on Procurement Integration.
• Authorise requests to purchase Mainframes (Laptop, CPU, PC etc.).
• Retrieve Orders in 0-9 file for payments.
• Maintain and administer 0-9 file for services (scanning, emailing and faxing of Orders to supplier).
• Administration of Manual Orders and Accurately Compiling of monthly 0-9 file Reports.

• The successful candidate will be required to provide proof of completion of the NSG Public Service Senior Management Leadership Programme certificate for entry into the SMS.
• Furthermore, candidates shortlisted for the SMS post will be subjected to a technical exercise that intends to test relevant technical elements of the job.
• Following the interview and the technical exercise, the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment in compliance with the DPSA directive on the implementation of competency based assessments.
• The person appointed to this position will be subjected to a security clearance, the signing of performance agreement and employment contract.
