Education
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- English Passed
Experience
- High levels of initiative and drive
Skills and Knowledge
- Valid South African ID
- English Passed
- Sound inter-personal skills
- Well-presented and spoken
- Self –motivated
Key Performance Areas
- Good Attendance of all learning areas
- Check cleanliness of own section or station
- Ability to work shifts that meet operational requirements
- Physically able to move operating equipment
- Have an open attitude to perform similar functions in alternative outlets due to operational requirements
- The learners should be committed to undertake the programme for a 12 months period.
- At the end of the programme, the candidate will obtain NQF Level 4 National Certificate in Food & Beverage Services.
